Share a vacation watering plan

1. Open Vacation Mode

Click the Vacation tool (the watering can) on the right rail. A short wizard opens to turn your garden into a shareable watering plan.

2. Set the dates and plants

Choose when you're away, tick which plants need watering and how often, then set a password. The link only works during your trip window.

3. Share the link

Your watering link is live. Hit Copy and send it however you like, a message, an email, anything. No app and no account needed to open it. If they mislay it, they can paste it into Got a watering link? on Seasonry’s home screen, the sign-in screen or the public site, and it still opens view-only with no account.

4. Your caretaker unlocks it

Your caretaker opens the link and types the password once. That's the only thing between them and the plan, no sign-up, no download. Send the password alongside the link. After many wrong tries the link pauses itself for the rest of the hour as a safeguard, then opens again on its own, and a correct unlock clears earlier fumbles.

5. They see what to water

Inside, they get a read-only view of your garden and a Water today checklist on the left, exactly which plants need water, where they are, and nothing they can accidentally change. Once unlocked, the garden also sits in a Shared with you row on their own Seasonry home, with your name and the days left, so coming back on day two is one click. Those tiles show a watering can rather than a plan drawing, because the layout only travels once the share password has been entered.

6. It works on mobile too

The caretaker page is mobile-friendly, so your friend can stand in the garden, phone in hand, and tick plants off as they water them.
