Arrange and trim groups of plants
Placing plants one by one is slow. Select a whole group at once, trim them to a single shape, then line them up into a neat hedge, all in a few clicks.
1. Select a group of plants
Hold ⇧ Shift and drag a box around several plants to select them all at once, or Shift-click them one by one. The Plants · multi-select panel opens on the right, showing how many you've picked.
2. Trim them all to one shape
Turn on Trim all to shape, choose Square, and type a Width and Depth. Hit Save trim and every selected plant is re-cut to the same tidy square, wherever it sits.
3. Line them into a hedge
Under Arrange in a line, pick Row and Touching, then hit Arrange 5 plants. The matching squares snap edge-to-edge from the top-left plant into one continuous, formal hedge.
